A bit about Peter Silvester:
Peter Silvester has been an accredited investor since the 1980s. While working in the creative field, Peter stayed abreast of investment opportunities of all asset types. He has personally invested in movie productions, food retail businesses, gems, stocks, options, bonds and REITs among others.
Peter entered the real estate services industry in 2010 and collaborates with brokers, developers, investors, city officials and end users to find solutions that will work for the highest good for all parties. He has been honored by having his services employed by longtime brokers looking to expand their real estate holdings and repeat clients who frequently refer family and friends.
By teaming up with the right people to get the correct answers, and problems solved, for a successful win-win deal for all parties is Peter’s goal and daily practice. Real Estate is part of everyone’s life and Peter enjoys sharing his knowledge and encouraging others to start a proactive and successful path to financial freedom through real estate investing as well as helping developers and successful investors find a better way to achieve a higher level of success. Recently Peter completed a multiple property 1031 exchange and is now working on a capital raise for a highly profitable investment backed by real estate and is 1031 approved. Peter is always on the lookout for deals to supply his list of investors.
